“Nutrition is more than just a professional field to me – it became my whole life. Learning about nutrition allows me to make positive changes for myself as well as others. Nutrition is always changing, therefore we are always learning, and that is why I enjoy doing what I do. I strive to inspire others to take action in making small changes to help them live a longer and healthier life!” -Mallory
