Ginger joined the BSRI Board of Directors in 2021. She believes the best part of being on our board is learning about our senior population and collaborating with the board to help meet their needs.

Ginger has been a realtor in Brunswick County since 1983 and has enjoyed helping people fulfill their homeowner dreams for 30 + years. Ginger says, “Owning and running this successful company is my greatest achievement.”

Prior to her career in real estate, she was involved with The Congressional Club in Raleigh NC working with Senators and Presidential Candidates. Her most memorable time in this career was working in Washington DC with issue briefings.

In Ginger’s free time, she enjoys exploring her home in historic, downtown Southport and taking pictures of the Sunsets and River scenes.
She loves to dance, fish and travel. She feels blessed to have her younger brother, Danny Willis, as her travel companion, since the loss of her beloved husband, Jim Harper,

Ginger shares that the best piece of advice she’s ever received is to “Be true to myself.” She goes on to say that her philosophy for success is “Consistency. You have to be consistent with what you do. Don’t start something that you cannot finish.”
